Game face may be just nerves not sure. When Kait had a big swim her leg would start twitching before she took the block. If Hank has a big game he becomes very quite and solemn. Me I slowly over the coarse of a week start tuning everything and everyone out I make a cup of coffee and then walk out of the house with out it, I start a conversation and then wander off and so on. I have one focus now the climb it is all I dwell on and it needs to be but I still need my family to know I love them, I am just in another place now mentally. It's climb time.

Politicians disgust me due to there lack of any thing real and the fact that I believe there is not one person in Washington that represents me nor is there anyone there that I would welcome at my dinner table at any time.
Yesterday we lost Betty Ford a lady that I not only would have welcomed at my table but would have loved to give a hug and a kiss on the cheek. All of my friends have always been individuals self assured and love life none of them particularly look, act, believe or think like I do and that is why I love them Betty would have been welcome at my table a true idividual.
She was a dancer, a model and self aware she is the reason woman talk openly today about breast cancer a topic that is near and dear to me On a TV interview she said of her children she would not be surprised if her kids smoked pot. She said that her then eighteen year old daughter was probably in a sexually active relation ship to which her daughter denied. She pushed to get two of the first female cabinet members for the president. She divorced another man early in life when this was frowned upon. When the topic of abortion came up she said that she was glad it was now in hospitals and out of the back alleys. So what is the big deal, easy her husband was a conservative republican standing president. Gerald's advisors asked her to quit speaking out like this to which she spoke to Gerald and he told her he liked that she was out spoken and later he referred to himself as Mr. Betty Ford a pretty cool title coming from the President.
I have read that she had a great since of humor and loved family what a great way to live life. To all the talk about her alcoholism the truth is she had a neck injury that a Dr. prescribed pain killers and the combination of alcohol and pain pills became an addiction for her to which she not only saught treatment for but then opened the Betty Ford Center where thousands have now found help. This girl absolutely could have been one of my friends, rest in peace Betty job well done.
